The Details

Minimum herd size is 60 goats and 3 days.
The area must be at least 8,000 square feet and have access for a 40 foot truck and trailer.
Tammy lives in her truck on-site and 24-hour access to a bathroom (or Port-A-Potty) must be provided.
60 goats can eat about 1/4 acre (10,000 sq feet) in about 3-5 days.
Electrified fencing is used which keeps the goats in and dogs and other predators out.
In addition to cutting the path for the fence, Tammy does additional brush-cutting to knock down the taller brush so the goats can reach it.
Prior to scheduling, Tammy will come to the property for an estimate and survey for toxic weeds. Then once scheduled, an additional day is needed to clear the path and set up the fencing before bringing the goats.
Rates start at $825/day plus tax and a one-time $300 mobilization fee (minimum depending on location). Rates may be higher on more difficult jobs. Price includes all labor for set-up and brush-cutting. Vashon Island residents please contact Tammy for Vashon rates.
